We are currently seeking a driven and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Phone Sales Representative for regenerative medical products. In this role, you will be responsible for making 50+ outbound phone calls to physician offices, working in both B2B and B2C sales environments. Your determination and perseverance will be crucial to achieving sales targets. Additionally, previous experience in outgoing call sales, as well as familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), will be highly beneficial. Having a background in medical sales is also a plus. This position offers uncapped commissions, providing an opportunity for unlimited earning potential. The working hours for this position are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. First-year earnings can range from a base salary of $28,000 to $45,000, depending on experience. With uncapped commission, first-year expectations can range from $85,000 to $150,000.
